Complaints regarding live animals (DOA)<\/h1><h2 data-section-id=\"1ka1njz\" data-start=\"337\" data-end=\"376\">2.1. DOA (Dead On Arrival) Guarantee<\/h2><p data-start=\"378\" data-end=\"536\">The store provides a DOA guarantee exclusively for express shipments delivered in the shortest possible time and collected on the first delivery attempt.<\/p><p data-start=\"538\" data-end=\"597\">The DOA guarantee applies only to shipments sent via:<\/p><ul data-start=\"598\" data-end=\"702\"><li data-section-id=\"8mve1q\" data-start=\"598\" data-end=\"608\">express,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"e681na\" data-start=\"609\" data-end=\"621\">overnight,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"175wau0\" data-start=\"622\" data-end=\"635\">24h courier,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"juq4w2\" data-start=\"636\" data-end=\"702\">or another method designated by the store as express delivery.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"704\" data-end=\"827\">The store is not responsible for the condition of live animals if the customer chooses slower delivery methods.<\/p><p data-start=\"829\" data-end=\"897\">In case of receiving dead shrimps, the customer is required to:<\/p><ol data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"1131\"><li data-section-id=\"1j62leq\" data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"979\">take clear photos of the dead animals in the unopened transport bag,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"d4fzdy\" data-start=\"980\" data-end=\"1101\">send a complaint notification to the store&#8217;s email address within a maximum of 2 hours from the moment of receiving the shipment,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"kie6km\" data-start=\"1102\" data-end=\"1131\">provide the order number.<\/li><\/ol><p data-start=\"1133\" data-end=\"1182\">After positive consideration of the complaint, the store may:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1183\" data-end=\"1281\"><li data-section-id=\"hc5v0n\" data-start=\"1217\" data-end=\"1236\">issue a voucher,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"jo7tm7\" data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1281\">send replacement animals with the next order.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1283\" data-end=\"1321\">Shipping costs are non-refundable.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1323\" data-end=\"1326\"><h2 data-section-id=\"1lqmyw8\" data-start=\"1328\" data-end=\"1381\">2.2. Complaints will not be accepted in case of:<\/h2><ul data-start=\"1383\" data-end=\"1727\"><li data-section-id=\"1dm0fxv\" data-start=\"1383\" data-end=\"1441\">failure to collect the shipment on the first delivery attempt,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"pczxbp\" data-start=\"1442\" data-end=\"1476\">incorrectly provided delivery address,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"vkiq0r\" data-start=\"1477\" data-end=\"1506\">delayed package collection,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1a6pcqf\" data-start=\"1507\" data-end=\"1574\">customer&#8217;s choice of standard or economy shipping,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1uyk9ow\" data-start=\"1575\" data-end=\"1634\">opening bags before taking photographic documentation,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1ejz1x2\" data-start=\"1635\" data-end=\"1673\">improper acclimation of animals,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"2gaoty\" data-start=\"1674\" data-end=\"1727\">unsuitable water parameters in the customer&#8217;s aquarium.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1729\" data-end=\"1843\">The store is not responsible for the condition and survival of animals after they are introduced into the customer&#8217;s aquarium.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1845\" data-end=\"1848\"><h1 data-section-id=\"1424qhy\" data-start=\"1850\" data-end=\"1902\">3. Returns of products other than live animals<\/h1><p data-start=\"1904\" data-end=\"2090\">A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the order without stating a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.<\/p><p data-start=\"2092\" data-end=\"2130\">Only the following products are eligible for return:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2131\" data-end=\"2248\"><li data-section-id=\"1o3dxij\" data-start=\"2131\" data-end=\"2144\">unused,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1pj8ocr\" data-start=\"2145\" data-end=\"2157\">complete,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1y7kf4\" data-start=\"2158\" data-end=\"2186\">properly secured,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1g2h74h\" data-start=\"2187\" data-end=\"2248\">not covered by exclusions specified in these terms and conditions.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2250\" data-end=\"2277\">To make a return, you need to:<\/p><ol data-start=\"2278\" data-end=\"2352\"><li data-section-id=\"14hzvns\" data-start=\"2278\" data-end=\"2314\">inform the store by email,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1tiie1t\" data-start=\"2315\" data-end=\"2352\">send the product back to the specified address.<\/li><\/ol><p data-start=\"2354\" data-end=\"2437\">Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the moment of receiving the returned product.<\/p><p data-start=\"2439\" data-end=\"2478\">The customer bears the cost of return shipping.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2480\" data-end=\"2483\"><h1 data-section-id=\"1xbdfkv\" data-start=\"2485\" data-end=\"2527\">4. Exclusion of the right to withdraw from the contract<\/h1><p data-start=\"2529\" data-end=\"2693\">In accordance with Article 38, points 4 and 5 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply in case of:  <\/p><ul data-start=\"2694\" data-end=\"3051\"><li data-section-id=\"j78egg\" data-start=\"2694\" data-end=\"2787\">products that deteriorate quickly or have a short shelf life,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1qf40r0\" data-start=\"2788\" data-end=\"2947\">products delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1ibcslr\" data-start=\"2948\" data-end=\"3022\">products requiring special transport and storage conditions,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1bvvrbk\" data-start=\"3023\" data-end=\"3051\">sale of live animals.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3053\" data-end=\"3103\">Therefore, the store does not accept returns of:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3104\" data-end=\"3247\"><li data-section-id=\"1p1ishp\" data-start=\"3104\" data-end=\"3134\">live aquarium shrimps,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"v91ccw\" data-start=\"3135\" data-end=\"3162\">other live organisms,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"jt1srj\" data-start=\"3163\" data-end=\"3197\">food after opening the packaging,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"55wgkv\" data-start=\"3198\" data-end=\"3247\">preparations and quickly perishable products.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3249\" data-end=\"3360\">Legal basis:<br\/>Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended), Article  38.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3362\" data-end=\"3365\"><h1 data-section-id=\"nm18id\" data-start=\"3367\" data-end=\"3418\">5. Complaints regarding technical products and accessories<\/h1><p data-start=\"3420\" data-end=\"3521\">In case of detecting a defect in a technical product or accessories, the customer has the right to file a complaint.<\/p><p data-start=\"3523\" data-end=\"3564\">A complaint notification should include:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3565\" data-end=\"3668\"><li data-section-id=\"1e29a71\" data-start=\"3565\" data-end=\"3584\">order number,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1dxp7b3\" data-start=\"3585\" data-end=\"3601\">description of the problem,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"wc4ae8\" data-start=\"3602\" data-end=\"3668\">photos of the product (if required for complaint processing).<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3670\" data-end=\"3748\">Complaints are processed within 14 days from the date of receiving the notification.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3750\" data-end=\"3753\"><h1 data-section-id=\"19wbo2y\" data-start=\"3755\" data-end=\"3800\">6. Shipment damage during transport<\/h1><p data-start=\"3802\" data-end=\"3863\">In case of package damage during transport, it is recommended to:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3864\" data-end=\"3979\"><li data-section-id=\"1s5vkdy\" data-start=\"3864\" data-end=\"3916\">prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"uwxlqm\" data-start=\"3917\" data-end=\"3945\">take photos of the damage,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"4u00nw\" data-start=\"3946\" data-end=\"3979\">contact the store immediately.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3981\" data-end=\"4055\">Lack of a damage report may hinder the complaint process with the carrier.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4057\" data-end=\"4060\"><h1 data-section-id=\"9et7pb\" data-start=\"4062\" data-end=\"4074\">7.
