Description
Orange Boa Caridina Shrimp
Orange Boa is a unique variety of Caridina shrimp, distinguished by its intense orange color and characteristic black pattern typical of the Boa line. The contrast between the bright orange background and irregular black spots makes these shrimp look incredibly striking in an aquarium.
Each individual has a unique pattern arrangement, making the colony look very natural and diverse. Under proper lighting, the orange colors become even more intense, creating a clear contrast with the substrate and plants.
Orange Boa shrimp are active and constantly search surfaces in the aquarium for biofilm and natural food. They thrive best in stable shrimp tanks with soft water prepared using RO and active substrate maintaining slightly acidic pH.
