The German International Shrimp Contest (TGISC) recently took place on the international stage for aquarium shrimp breeders, drawing attention from enthusiasts worldwide. This prestigious event showcased an impressive 190 shrimp tanks from 31 participants representing eight countries.

Marcin Stadnik – Polish Aquarium Shrimp Master
Among them, Marcin Stadnik particularly distinguished himself, winning ten trophies! His extraordinary achievements in aquarium shrimp breeding captured the attention of both the jury and the public. Marcin secured four gold, four silver, and two bronze medals, making him one of the highest-ranked breeders in the competition.
It is also worth noting that Dennis Dworatzek was crowned the Grand Champion of the competition, earning recognition from the jury for his shrimp from Group 14, including Caridina sp. Fishbone and Galaxy variants. Chiu Peiwen from Taiwan also presented excellent shrimp, winning three gold, one silver, and three bronze medals, as well as the public’s choice award for his Caridina sp. Crossbreeds, focusing on color.
