Ocean Blue – a unique Caridina shrimp

Ocean Blue is an incredibly striking Caridina shrimp variety, distinguished by its intense turquoise-blue coloration with a metallic sheen. The deep color of its carapace, combined with contrasting golden tail elements and characteristic red eyes, makes the shrimp look like a true jewel in your aquarium.

Under proper lighting, its colors become even more intense, transitioning from turquoise to a deep ocean blue. This makes Ocean Blue an exceptionally decorative element for any shrimp or planted aquarium.

Shrimp of this variety are active and constantly search the substrate, decorations, and plants for biofilm and natural food. Observing their behavior is one of the greatest pleasures of keeping a shrimp aquarium.
